Mrs. Nguyen Song Huu Thi Cong Tam is Human Resources Director at Nhat Tin Logistics.

She has 20-year experience in Human Resources Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

From 2000 to 2008, she worked as the Human Resources Manager of Shyang Hung Cheng Company, the ownership of manufacturers for Adidas sneakers, with more than 10,000 employees. She and her associates came up with a great achievement that helped Shyang Hung Cheng become the first FDI company in Vietnam to win the First National CSR Prize and the first Vietnam Manufacturer to receive the Global CSR - 5 Stars of Adidas in 2006.

From 2008 to 2011, she held the role of HR Manager cum CSR Lead auditor at KMI Consulting Company, covering Vietnam, Singapore and Cambodia market. She was the consultant and trainer in Human Resources Management, Corporate Social Responsibility for manufacturing corporations for the brands of Nike, Adidas, Puma and Columbia.

She was also the Visiting Lecturer of VCCI, BSI, American Fair Labor Association, Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association and conducted soft skills training for organizations such as Petrosetco, Techcombank, Viet Anh International School, VNPT Group, Viettel, ect…

From 2011 - 2015, she was the Human Resources Director at DQN Company, specializing in Voice IP Switchboard; Phong Vu Computer Trading & Service Joint Stock Company, and Golden Gate Company.

From 2015 - 2018, as the Human Resources Director of TTP Company, she was in charge of Collagen Adiva Brand, she built the personnel system five-fold with the origin of 50 members only, including executive positions, as long as building the system of the organizational chart, functional structure, and Corporate Culture.

After that, she undertook the role of Human Resources Director of Singapore's PPP Laser Clinic (2018-2019).
