4The payment of shipment was notified to the recipient previously, How can I change the payment paid by me - The sender?
You can go directly to the drop-off post to have the payment method adjusted and pay the bills directly.
5Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Nhat Tin Logistics offer delivery and cash collection (COD - Cash on Delivery) service towards all orders requested, you will only need to note on your order, our staff will collect the mentioned amount of payment from recipients.
6How is it charged for COD service?
In order to support customers as much as possible, Nhat Tin Logistics is now offering COD Collection Fee for free for orders delivered to major cities of provinces and COD amount less than 5,000,000 VND. 7How can I receive the cashback since the shipment was delivered successfully?
For paper bills: Customer receives COD at the post or via bank transfer.
For online bills: Customer receives COD via bank transfer (you need to provide bank account information on the app before creating online orders).

To change the recipient's information (telephone, name, or address), please contact our call center for assistance or you can change by yourself on the website and mobile app (applicable to online bills with a few certain bill’s status). Information amendment may cause delay delivery from 1-3 working days than commitment (depending on changes).
13I have created a bill online via a website/app; however, why were goods not picked up by NTL staff?
Kindly contact directly to our call center and provide the bill number created on the system, the operator will assign our staff to pick up your shipment.
14Can I pick up my shipment at your branch/ warehouse? Are there any procedures required?
Once the goods have arrived, you can pick up and follow the steps below:

16May I have the price list and expected delivery time of all types of service offered by Nhat Tin Logistics?
Nhat Tin Logistics provides major services: Premium service, Express delivery, Mixed Express Service (MES), Full Truckload Delivery (FTL), and International Express Delivery (currently we only serve the outbound segment). 17I want to track the status of my order but have lost the bill number, is there any assistance channel for me?
You can contact our call center, provide the phone number of the sender and the recipient, and the operator will check and inform you of the status of your shipment.
18What does it mean when the status of my order on Nhat Tin Logistics’ website was "Warehouse check out" (e.g: Cong Hoa Warehouse check out)?
If you see the status "...warehouse check out" means your shipment is released from that warehouse to another defined in the transportation schedule. If the status says "warehouse check out" at the destination location that means your shipment is ready for delivery to the recipient.
19Does Nhat Tin Logistics provide international transportation services? How is it going to be charged?
Nhat Tin Logistics provides international courier service. The price will depend on the destination address and weight of the shipment. You may contact our call center for more details.
20How long will I receive the cashback since the shipment was delivered successfully?
You will receive the money within 1-2 days after the shipment is delivered successfully. We also provide COD payout within 24 hours to the sender. Please contact our Receptionist at Post Office or Call Agent for more information.
21Is there any method to ensure my order with high-value goods to be delivered safely?
Regarding high-value goods, the risk may be incurred during the transportation, therefore, we suggest that a few insurance levels depending on goods' value should be purchased. This kind of insurance is optional for customers.
22Does Nhat Tin Logistics provide delivery service of fresh food or food whose dates go off quickly?
Nhat Tin Logistics currently does not offer transportation services to transport such types of goods. For such dried food, processed foods packaged in accordance with standards or without special preservation, Nhat Tin Logistics provides delivery service according to the available packages.
