7.1 TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
Nhat Tin Development Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (Nhat Tin Logistics) specializes in providing domestic and international courier services with various types of pick up, transportation, and delivery services on announced time table. 7.2 WE DO NOT TRANSPORT THE FOLLOWING GOODS OF:
- Goods and documents that violate the Vietnamese Government's provisions and laws on prohibited goods from delivery, banned from transportation, and banned from import and export.
- The goods may be dangerous to operators and means of transportation.
- Types of items, commodities are prohibited imports in destination Nations or Territory (Applicable to International Transportation)

7.3 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS:
- To be guaranteed confidentiality of personal information and safety of information in the form of documents, parcels, packages of goods.
- Having the right to complain in writing about the use of Nhat Tin Logistics's services in accordance with the provisions of the postal law.
- To be compensated up to 100% of the damage if buying insurance under the Regulations of Nhat Tin Logistics. In case of not buying insurance, compensation will be settled according to the minimum range based on the provisions of the postal law.

- Packing the goods if there is a risk of damage, breakage, dented, wet, or scratched in accordance with Nhat Tin Logistics's packaging guidelines to ensure safety during transportation.
- Comply with the provisions of the consignment and take responsibility for the content, kinds of documents, parcels, packages of the consignment.
- Agree to waive all liability related to Nhat Tin Logistics relating to the contents of the consignment and assume all responsibility for the consequences of the consignment towards Nhat Tin Logistics and related third parties.
- Having the right to request an invoice within 15 days from the date of shipment, after the above time limit, Nhat Tin Logistics will declare the online bill with the tax office in the form of "The buyer does not take the invoice" and refuse to issue invoices for customers unless the customer has signed a contract or other agreement.
- Check carefully while receiving the goods and do not complain after signing the receipt.

7.4 RESPONSIBILITIES OF NHAT TIN LOGISTICS
- Strictly complying with regulations on quality standards publicly announced to customers.
- Check the legality of the consignment and refuse to serve if the Customer does not comply with the shipping regulations.
- Request customers to pack goods in accordance with the prescribed standards and provide documents proving the legality of the goods.
- Ensure the safety of the consignment from pick up from senders to delivery to legal recipients and adding storage charges if the recipient refuses to receive more than 7 days.
- Compensate for damage according to the provisions of the postal law or by agreement when customers buy insurance for the consignment.
- Nhat Tin Logistics does not refund freight charges or compensation in cases of delay or damage due to force majeure causes or the fault of the sender and the recipient and is not responsible for compensation if the goods are seized or confiscated by authorities in accordance with the Regulations of Vietnam and the destination country (For international services), destroyed due to natural characteristics or cases beyond the time limit for regulated complaints lodging.
- Nhat Tin Logistics is not responsible for compensation includes indirect damages or other arising benefits related to the postage.

8.1 Any User breach of this policy may lead to Nhat Tin Logistics taking any or all of the following actions/sanctions:
- Limiting the right to use the Account;
- Suspension and termination of Account;
- Recovery of money or property acquired from fraudulent acts;
- Criminal report;
- Applying civil remedies, including but not limited to, claiming damages and/or applying temporary emergency measures;
- Other actions or sanctions according to Community Standards, Operational Regulations, or Trusting Policies.

8.2 If Nhat Tin Logistics detects fraudulent or fraudulent signs from the User's account, Nhat Tin Logistics will temporarily lock your Wallet Nhat Tin Logistics for 14 calendar days to serve fraud investigation. This term may be extended at the discretion of Nhat Tin Logistics. 9.1 Users are independent individuals or organizations and they do not have any affiliation with Nhat Tin Logistics in any way. Nhat Tin Logistics is also not an agent or representative of the User and does not hold and/or own any goods offered for sale on ntlogistics.vn.

9.2 If you are an intellectual property owner ("IP Rights Owner") or an authorized representative of IP Rights Owner ("IP Rights Representative") and you believe your rights or the client's potential infringement, please contact Nhat Tin Logistics (here) in a written report and provide us with the documents as instructed later to assist in resolving your report. We will take a sensible time to process the information provided. Nhat Tin Logistics will respond to your complaint as soon as possible. 10.1 As updated from time to time, Nhat Tin Logistics provide you one or more payment methods as follows:
(i) Credit / Debit Card or installments by credit card
Payment by credit/debit card or credit card installment is processed via third-party payment channels and the list of accepted cards depends on the payment channel you are using.
(ii) Cash on Delivery
Nhat Tin Logistics provides COD services in some countries. The recipient can pay cash directly to the carrier at the time of receiving.
(iii) Payment by Domestic ATM Card - Internet Banking
The method of payment by domestic ATM card - internet banking is only for Recipients with domestic ATM card with internet banking link (online payment), and does not apply to VISA and Mastercard cards.
(iv) Payment by Bank Transfer

10.2 The recipient can only change the payment channel before processing payment.

10.3 Nhat Tin Logistics is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Recipient or the Sender as a result of the incorrect shipping and/or payment information for an order placed. and/or use the payment method not listed in clause 10.1 above. Nhat Tin Logistics reserves the right to check the legality of the Recipient's right to use the payment method and to suspend the transaction until the legitimacy is confirmed or cancel the related transaction if the legality failed to confirm.
Note: Nhat Tin Logistics will be responsible for orders that use the delivery support services of Nhat Tin Logistics.

10.4 Currently, Nhat Tin Logistics can only accept payments to Users via bank transfer. Therefore, Users need to provide Nhat Tin Logistics with bank account information to receive payment, meaning payment for products sold or refunded from Nhat Tin Logistics.

11.1 Nhat Tin Logistics's Guarantee is a service provided by Nhat Tin Logistics or an entity authorized by Nhat Tin Logistics for secure transactions. To ensure the liability, the amount of money the recipient pays for the Shipper will be held by Nhat Tin Logistics or an entity authorized by Nhat Tin Logistics ("Nhat Tin Logistics Guarantee Account"). The sender will not receive interest or any other arising out of the money in the Logistics Guarantee Guarantee Account.

11.2 After the recipient pays ("Payment by the recipient"), the Payment will be held in the Logistics Credit Guarantee Account until:
(a) The recipient confirms to Nhat Tin Logistics that he has received the goods, in that case, unless Section 10.2 (d) applied, Nhat Tin Logistics will transfer the Payment Amount from the Recipient to the Nhat Tin Logistics Guarantee Account for Sender;
(b) In the case that Nhat Tin Logistics Guarantee Account's timing (or the extended-term approved in accordance with Section 10.3) has expired, exclude Section 10.2 (c) and 10.2 (d) are implemented, Nhat Tin Logistics will transfer the Payment Amount from the Recipient to the Guaranteed Nhat Tin Logistics Account to the Sender;
(c) In the case that Nhat Tin Logistics determines that the Recipient's request for return/refund is approved, unless Section 10.2 (d) applied, Nhat Tin Logistics will reimburse the Recipient, accordance to the terms in Return and Refund Policy of Nhat Tin Logistics.
11.3 Payments made through Nhat Tin Logistics's payment channels will be retained in the Nhat Tin Logistics Secure Account for a certain period of time ("Guaranteed" Trust First Time "). For more information about the Best Time Credit Guarantee, please follow this link. The recipient may request to extend the Guarantee Period up to a single time prior to the expiration of the Guarantee Period's Time of Credit Guarantee, subject to and subject to the Return and Refund Policy. At the Recipient's request, the Guarantee Period may be extended for a maximum of three (03) days unless Nhat Tin Logistics, in its sole discretion, decides that the extension of the extension time Term is required or as required.

11.4 Where, for any reason, Shipper's bank account cannot be credited and/or Shipper cannot be contacted, Nhat Tin Logistics in its reasonable endeavor will contact Seller. by the information provided by Sender. In the event that Shipper cannot be contacted and after twelve (12) months from the date when the Recipient's Payment Amount is due to Shipper but has not been paid to Shipper, Nhat Tin Logistics will handle Payment of this Payment in accordance with applicable laws.

11.5 The sender/receiver must be the beneficiary of the Account and conduct the transaction on ntlogistics.vn. Nhat Tin Logistics reserves the right to require the Sender or Recipient to provide personal data such as portraits, bank account information, and/or any other necessary documents to use for verification purposes. information, including verification requested by third party payment providers and shipping service providers. The Sender / Recipient hereby agrees to let Nhat Tin Logistics use or provide its personal data for the use of the Sender / Recipient's ntlogistics.vn Website. In addition, the Sender / Recipient authorizes Nhat Tin Logistics to use his / her personal data to answer any queries that Nhat Tin Logistics deems necessary to confirm the identity of the Sender / Receiver with other institutions such as the Sender / Recipient's bank. The Warranty of Nhat Tin Logistics applies only when the Recipient chooses the payment method to transfer to the Nhat Tin Logistics Guarantee Account first. Other self-agreement between the Recipient and the Sender will not be applied to the Warranty Policy of Nhat Tin Logistics.

11.7 The recipient and the Sender acknowledge and agree that Nhat Tin Logistics's decision with respect to or relating to any issue of Nhat Tin Logistics's Warranty Policy is final.

11.8 To avoid confusion, any transaction not made on the website ntlogistics.vn will not be applied to the Warranty Policy of Nhat Tin Logistics.

12.1 Upon successful delivery of the order, Nhat Tin Logistics will notify the Shipper about the payment received from the Recipient. Unless otherwise agreed with Nhat Tin Logistics, Shipper is responsible for providing bank account information for Nhat Tin Logistics to transfer payment for that order.

12.2 Shipper shall make every effort to ensure that Shipper receives his goods on time within the Guaranteed Time of Logistics.

12.3 The User understands that Shipper bears all risks associated with the carriage of goods purchased and warrants that Shipper has or will buy insurance for goods, including carriage. In the event that the Goods purchased are damaged, lost, or undeliverable during transit, the User acknowledges and agrees that Nhat Tin Logistics will not be responsible for any loss or expense, or any charge arising out of that incident, and Shipper and/or Recipient will contact the carrier to resolve such incident.

12.4 For international Transactions, The User understands that, when a product ads will be packed from abroad and sold by the Sender outside Vietnam, and the import/export of that product is subject to applied law of the destination country. 13.1 Recipients can only cancel orders before they pay with an international credit/debit card.

15.1 In case of a shipping problem, the Sender, Recipient, and Nhat Tin Logistics will first agree to hold a dialogue with each other to try to resolve the dispute by mutual discussion. If the matter is not resolved by discussion, the User may appeal to the local competent authority to resolve any dispute arising from the transaction.

15.2 The User may send a written request to Nhat Tin Logistics for assistance in resolving disputes arising from the transaction. Nhat Tin Logistics, in its sole discretion and without obligation to Shipper and Receiver, will take necessary steps to assist User in resolving these disputes.
