Nhat Tin Logistics operates through a management system and standard procedures, so orders will be processed and delivered according to Nhat Tin Logistics's commitments. We trust that only you know your goods/products very well. Packaging before you hand over to Nhat Tin Logistics will ensure your goods/products are safe from collision and impact from other cargo during normal transportation. Moreover, for any fragile goods or awkwardly sized or shaped items, please notify our staff for special handling.

You can go directly to the drop-off post office to have the payment method adjusted and pay the bills directly.

Nhat Tin Logistics offers delivery and cash collection (COD - Cash on Delivery) service for all requested orders. You only need to note this on your order, and our staff will collect the stated amount from the recipients.

In order to support customers as much as possible, Nhat Tin Logistics is now offering free COD collection for orders delivered to major cities of provinces with a COD amount of less than 5,000,000 VND. For orders with a COD amount greater than 5,000,000 VND, you may check the fee at: Track your Order.

For paper bills: Customer receives COD at the post office or via bank transfer.
For online bills: Customer receives COD via bank transfer (you need to provide bank account information on the app before creating online orders).

Yes, Nhat Tin Logistics offers door-to-door delivery service. You may contact our call center, nearby Nhat Tin Logistics post offices, or book a service via our website or Nhat Tin’s mobile app yourself.

Shipping fees & service charges depend on the dimensions and weight of the goods, as well as delivery time; customers' choices will vary across a range of prices. You may check our prices for reference at: Get a Quote & Shipping Time.

To change the recipient's information (telephone, name, or address), please contact our call center for assistance, or you can change it yourself on the website and mobile app (applicable to bills with certain statuses). Information amendments may delay delivery by 1–3 working days beyond the committed time (depending on the changes).

Please contact our call center directly and provide the bill number created in the system; the operator will assign our staff to pick up your shipment.

Once the goods have arrived, you can pick them up by following the steps below:

Step 3: Bring your identity card to the above address to receive the goods.

Option 1: Access the link: Bill Online to create your account and book a service on our system. Our staff will receive your order and pick up the goods as soon as possible.
Option 2: Contact the hotline directly at 1900 63 6688 and provide goods information and address… Our call agent will provide you a quote and assign our staff to pick up your goods/shipment.

Nhat Tin Logistics provides major services: Premium service, Express delivery, Mixed Express Service (MES), Full Truckload Delivery (FTL), and International Express (currently we only serve the outbound segment). You can contact our call center, provide the phone number of the sender and the recipient, and the operator will check and inform you of the status of your shipment.

If you see the status "...warehouse checked out," it means your shipment has been released from that warehouse to another location defined in the transportation schedule. If the status says "warehouse checked out" at the destination location, it means your shipment is ready for delivery to the recipient.

Nhat Tin Logistics provides international courier service. The price will depend on the destination address and weight of the shipment. You may contact our call center for more details.

You will receive the money within 1–2 days after the shipment is delivered successfully. We also provide COD payout within 24 hours to the sender. Please contact our receptionist at the post office or call agent for more information.

Regarding high-value goods, risk may be incurred during transportation; therefore, we suggest purchasing insurance at a level appropriate to the goods' value. This kind of insurance is optional for customers.

Nhat Tin Logistics currently does not offer transportation services for such types of goods. For dried food and processed foods packaged in accordance with standards or without special preservation requirements, Nhat Tin Logistics provides delivery service according to the available packages.
