Premium Delivery – Timed Service is a service for delivering and receiving documents and goods in the fastest possible time, with the option to schedule a delivery time. Premium Delivery meets your urgent time requirements.

Note:

For shipments over 20 kg on a Dedicated Route, an additional 24 hours will be added to the total transit time.

For Dedicated Route, the total transit time benchmark is 17:00. Goods picked up after 17:00 will have the benchmark applied from 12:00 the next day. For other Express deliveries, goods picked up after 17:00 will have the benchmark applied from the next day.

(*) For shipments from Nha Trang to Northern provinces (excluding Hanoi), there will be an additional 15% surcharge and a 24-hour extension to the total transit time.

3. THE STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE

The Standard Delivery service is a fast, cost-effective delivery and receipt service for parcels and goods, ensuring timely delivery while saving on costs.

5. ADDITIONAL SERVICE PRICE LIST

Additional services are services that meet customers' additional requirements and support delivery and receipt for the main express delivery services.

II. GENERAL RULES

1. NOTICE REGARDING FEE CALCULATION AND TOTAL TRANSIT TIME

- The billing region applies only to the province where the goods are delivered.

- For weights of 2 kg or more, the fractional part is rounded to the nearest 0.5 kg for fee calculation.

- The weight is converted according to the formula:

+ Premium Service, Express (CPN): Measurement (cm) Length × Width × Height / 6,000 = Weight in kg.

+ Standard Service: Measurement (cm) Length × Width × Height / 5,000 = Weight in kg.

+ Economy Service: Measurement (cm) Length × Width × Height / 4,000 = Weight in kg.

- Goods delivered or received in suburban areas will incur an additional surcharge of 20% of the main freight rate and an additional day for the overall transit time. Goods delivered to island districts are subject to agreement.

- For return shipments: the total transit time and return shipping fees will be applied using the Economy Delivery service unless otherwise requested by the customer.

- Liquid goods will incur an additional 20% surcharge on the main freight cost, and an extra day will be added to the total transit time.

2. TRANSPORTATION SCOPE

- Intra-province: Transportation scope for parcels with both pickup and delivery addresses within the same province.

- Intra-regional: Transportation scope for parcels with pickup and delivery addresses in two different provinces within the same region (North, Central, South).

- Near-regional and Inter-regional: Transportation scope for parcels with pickup and delivery addresses in two different provinces across different regions.

- Near-regional: North <--> Central and Central <--> South.

- Inter-regional: North <--> South.

3. PROHIBITED PARCELS AND PACKAGES

- Drugs and addictive substances.

- Weapons, ammunition, and military technical equipment.

- Deviant and subversive cultural products, publications, and documents aimed at disrupting public order and opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

- Explosive, flammable substances, and hazardous materials or items that can compromise hygiene and cause environmental pollution.

- Goods prohibited for circulation, trade, export, or import by the state.

- Prohibited items, publications, and goods for entry into the receiving country.

4. REGULATIONS ON LIABILITY EXEMPTION AND COMPENSATION WAIVER

- Goods have been delivered according to the agreement.

- Goods are damaged or lost due to the sender's fault.

- Confiscated or destroyed by competent state authorities due to the content violating legal prohibitions or the inability to verify the origin.

- The sender does not provide sufficient information and necessary documents for the delivery, leading to damages such as goods being damaged due to prolonged storage, fines for violations, or seizure of goods.

- Note: Goods must have documentation proving their origin or an accompanying VAT invoice. Otherwise, Nhat Tin Logistics is not responsible in cases where goods are seized by Market Management and other competent authorities in accordance with legal regulations.

- Force majeure cases such as: war, riots, terrorism, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, epidemics…
