The Express Delivery - Appointment Time Service is a service for delivering and receiving documents and goods in the fastest possible time, with the option to schedule a delivery time. Express Delivery meets your urgent time requirements

Express Delivery is a fast and efficient service for delivering and receiving documents, parcels, and goods with a simple and convenient process for the delivery and receipt procedures.

Note: For shipments over 20kg in the Specialized Route category, an additional 24 hours will be added to the total processing time.
For the Specialized Route, the total processing time is calculated until 05:00 PM. Shipments received after 05:00 PM will have the total processing time calculated until 12:00 the following day. In contrast, other Express Delivery services will calculate the total processing time for shipments received after 05:00 PM on the next day.
(*): Shipments from Nha Trang to provinces in the Northern region (except Hanoi) will have an additional 24 hours added to the total processing time.

The Economy Express Delivery service is a service for delivering and receiving goods with cost-effective service fees, optimizing costs to help our customers control transportation expenses while still ensuring the total processing time.

Note: The time benchmark for applying the Economy Express Delivery service is 05:00 PM. Goods picked up after 05:00 PM will have the processing time benchmark applied to the next day

IV. BADDITIONAL SERVICE PRICE LIST

Additional services are services that meet the specific additional requirements of our customers, providing support for delivery and receipt for the main express delivery services.

Insurance & Declaration	In case customers declare the value of the goods, there will be a commitment fee for special services, which is 0.5% of the declared value, with a minimum fee of 5,000 VND per waybill.

V. GENERAL RULES

1. NOTICE REGARDING FEE CALCULATION AND TOTAL PROCESSING TIME

For weights of 2kg or more, the fractional part is rounded to the nearest 0.5kg for fee calculation
The weight is converted according to the formula: Measurement (cm) Length x Width x Height / 5,000 = Weight in kilograms.
The goods delivered or received in suburban areas will incur an additional surcharge of 20% of the main freight rate and an additional day for the overall transit time. Goods delivered to island districts are subject to agreement.
For return shipments: the total processing time and return shipping fees will be applied using the Economy Express Delivery service unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Liquid goods will incur an additional 20% surcharge on the main freight cost, and an extra day will be added to the total processing time.

2. TRANSPORTATION SCOPE

Intra-province: This covers the transportation scope for parcels with both pickup and delivery addresses within the same province.
Intra-regional: This covers the transportation scope for parcels with pickup and delivery addresses in two different provinces within the same region (North, Central, South).
Nearby regions and Inter-regional: This covers the transportation scope for parcels with pickup and delivery addresses in two different provinces across different regions.
- Nearby regions: North <--> Central and Central <--> South.
- Inter-regional: North <--> South.

3. PROHIBITED PARCELS AND PACKAGES

Drugs and addictive substances.
Weapons, ammunition, and military technical equipment.
Deviant and subversive cultural products, publications, and documents aimed at disrupting public order and opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Explosive, flammable substances, and hazardous materials or items that can compromise hygiene and cause environmental pollution.
Goods prohibited for circulation, trade, export, or import by the state.
Prohibited items, publications, and goods for entry into the receiving country.

4. REGULATIONS ON LIABILITY EXEMPTION AND COMPENSATION WAIVER

Goods have been delivered according to the agreement.
Goods are damaged or lost due to the sender's fault.
Confiscated or destroyed by competent state authorities due to the content violating legal prohibitions or the inability to verify the origin.
The sender does not provide sufficient information and necessary documents for the delivery, leading to damages such as goods being damaged due to prolonged storage, fines for violations, or seizure of goods.
Note: Goods must have documentation proving their origin or an accompanying VAT invoice. Otherwise, Nhất Tín Logistics is not responsible in cases where goods are seized by Market Management and other competent authori- ties in accordance with legal regulations..
