Mrs. Hoang Hai Yen – Head of Customer Service Center
Previously, Mrs Yen was Head of Import-Export Consulting Department at VIETGO, a pioneer company in applying e-commerce in export consultancy field.
From 2010 to 2013, she was a co-founder and held the position of Deputy Director at VINA Import Export Investment Joint Stock Company, undertaking the connection between domestic enterprises to approach foreign businesses that having demand for importing products of Vietnam market.
From 2013 - 2015, she worked as Assistant of Outbound manager at Kerry TTC, specializing in transportation combined with declaration and clearance for domestic goods exported to the Cambodian market.
In 2015, she joined Nhat Tin Logistics as Assistant to General Director, and was the connection between Executives and Management at all levels. Her responsibility was tracking and report on the tasks implementation decided by General Director. In addition, she also consulted and supported the General Director in meetings and cooperation with major partners and customers.
In 2017, she serves as Head of Customer Care Center (CSKH) of Nhat Tin Logistics, built and developed 3 specialized divisions including: Call center, Customer care and Dispute and claims, to provide efficient and maximum support to customers. At the same time, she had succesfully built the Customer Experience project and proposed solutions for service quality improvement by the end of April 2019.
In 2020, she was appointed as the Director of Customer Care Center with the priority target to touch the feelings of each customer by creating and developing of the call center with friendliness and enthusiasm in a professional manner.
